Treasury hosted its first men’s event aimed at raising overall awareness of how lifestyle choices affect men.
Nearly 80 men attended the session and ICAS presented a happy and healthy living presentation. The purpose of the presentation was to encourage team members to be exposed to the same experience on the topic and thereafter support each other on their journey towards a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Old Mutual facilitated the financial wellness for men session. It highlighted the financial mistakes some men make while young, how important it is to make the right financial decisions and what to do to ensure financial wellness. Budget priorities was discussed as well as planning for retirement. Old Mutual also offer free financial advice to all PT staff by conducting a personal financial analysis during a 1-on-1 session with a Financial Adviser. This service include investments, life and disability insurance, retirement planning, etc.

Through a lucky draw competition, the following prizes was won:

Insightful feedback received from the attendees will be taken into account when the next session is being planned to improve and build a solid foundation for future Men’s Health and Wellness initiatives.
